WorkingHours showing in background on iOS?

Hi all
I'm new to WorkingHours and so far have just used it on the mobile app. So far, I tend to forget that I've started tracking and only remember hours later that it's still going!
It seems that in the free version there is no way for the app to show in the background at the top of the screen like other apps.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible in the Pro version, before I buy it?

Hello Louise - are you referring to "Live activities"? See this thread. This feature will be added in the next app update coming in the next few days.
You can also use the widget to see if a timer is running or not

I'm not sure of the technical term but I was thinking of something at the top of the screen which is visible whatever app is open at that time. For example, if a Waze itinerary is running I think the time at the top turns a blue colour when the app is in the background.
I'm thinking of any slight visual change which would remind me that the timer is going, to mirror the timer which is visible at the top of the screen on the Mac.
