Report Time Grouping

I wondered if possible to list the hours worked as is. Meaning each shift or time clocked individually instead of grouping them together by day, week, month etc.. I need to see the details of from what time to what time each task took.

You can export the data to a csv or Excel file to see the work units without any grouping applied. Is this what you are looking for?
