[Android] Make notification sticky (non-dismissable)

When clearing the notifications with command ”remove all” the running workinghours task notification is also removed. Other application notifications like music players are not removed.
This is just a small bug as the notification appears again a bit later.

WorkingHours version: 2.6.3
OS + version: Android 11

I'll make this a feature request rather than a bug as currently this is expected behavior.

+1 need this feature.
You can make it is default feature with option to on/off on settings.

For me this would be a big improvement. I use it to quickly stop the timer or open the app, but once it is gone, you have to go the long route of finding the app icon and opening the app.

Unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult for apps to create this behavior in recent Android versions since Google requires more and more permissions and checks for it. You can read about it here:
