I started using the pro version of the app on one Macbook and added a lot of tags and "work units" for a job. I also bought the pro iOS version for my phone. I use a macbook, an iMac Pro desktop and my phone in different locations so I enabled iCloud sync with the expectation that all my tags and work units would be available on all of my devices.
However, I can't get the original data to sync to the other devices at all. I am using the same iCloud account on the Macs and iPhone. I enabled iCloud sync and it says something like, "database synced," but absolutely no data shows up, and if I do it again, it says the database is already synced.
Am I missing an important step or am I misunderstanding how the sync works?
