Timer behavoir when windows user went for a break

OS + version: Windows 10 The Neterlands in Dutch

Iam on the Dutch version So I just seek conformation of the following.
How and where to set the iddle time?
I work on computer and have a break but forgot to pause the time tracker. I weant to pauze the time tracker automaticly when the computer is after 20? minutes be in set in pauze/idel mode or whatever is the official name.

Under settings > timer controle I found settigns about:

timer controle
is this about comming back and restart working? Its named log into windows.?
logout?
when user is there
when user is away

So what the differecen between 2/3 and 4/5?

The idle detection is managed by Windows and WorkingHours doesnt control the idle time. I think it is about 5 minutes.
2) This triggers when you log into Windows
3) When you log out of Windows
4) this happens when the user was idle before and then comes back to the PC (e.g. moves the mouse)
5) this is when Windows detects inactivity (e.g. you dont move the mouse for 5 minutes)
