24 hour Format on Exporta

How can i change the Export to 24h Format instead of AM PM?
I tried with app language and System OS Language nothing helps.
I tried to Open it in Sheets, Numbers and Excel with different Languages as well.
I checked on Android, Mac and Win 11.
It has to be the Export itself but i can not find any Related 24h Format setting even after clearing the Cache of the App.

What program/app are you using to view the file? When using Excel, Excel should use your system regional settings for displaying times and the format can be adjusted in Excel.
