Installed the WorkingHours on another laptop and the Pro license doesn't work

WorkingHours version: Latest as of 10/21/2025
OS + version: Windows 11 25H2
Device model: Lenovo P16 V2

I bought the pro license under my personal account through Microsoft Store. I just got a new work laptop and the Microsoft Store is blocked. I downloaded the WorkingHours from the website and installed it successfully (thank God no admin right is needed!). But I can not restore the Pro license. When I click "Buy for Windows" button, a few lines of orange text popped up, asking to check the region setting, which is set to United States.

I just simply want to use WorkingHours on my work laptop.
Could you please help?

With "the website" you are referring to the Microsoft Store website?
It looks like the Microsoft Store being blocked also blocks the retrieval of the Pro license and all other interaction with the Store API. I'm afraid you need to enable the Store to access your existing license. The only alternative is to buy the app on Gumroad, but that would be an additional purchase

I bought the license through my personal account. But my work laptop has both my personal and work accounts.
For buying the app on Gumroad, would you think it will work for my situation (work laptop from the company)

Brandon I understand you bought the license from your personal account. But you need to log in to the Microsoft Store with it for the app to recognize it. And from what I understand, this is not possible.
I will send you the installer for the Gumroad app via mail for you to test if it works on your device
