I have the Pro trial versions for macOS 26 and iOS 26. I have my account set up to sync with the same OneDrive folder. I would like to be able to start a task/session on Mac Desktop and stop it on my iPhone. I've read somewhere that the sync function allows you to do that, but syncing only occurs when you open the app, close the app, or in 15-minute intervals. Does that mean if my Working Hours app is already open on my iPhone, I have to close out of it and reopen it, or go in manually to select "Sync Now," or wait 15 minutes, before I see the task/session on my iPhone?
