New Sync Setup and Issues

Hi, been using the IOS premium app for a short time now and am enjoying it. I've recently downloaded and purchased the windows version (all updated with the latest versions on both). I've entered my credentials in the windows app for the iCloud sync but am not getting any data between the two. I can see the data is in the iCloud (under iCloud settings), but am not getting anything on the Windows version. Syncing says that both local and remote are in sync, but no data. Have I not syncd the IOS version with the cloud (even though it shows data there?)

What am I missing?

My best guess is that you didn't log in with the same iCloud account that the iOS app is using. Are you sure you have enabled the iCloud sync on iOS?
I also do not recommend using the iCloud Sync on Windows as it requires frequent re-authentication. Did you try something else like OneDrive sync?

Hi Timo, thanks for your quick reply. I only have one iCloud account and have definitely signed in to it correctly. Thats what I was wondering, if I have not set something correctly on the IOS side. I have looked for where to set the iCloud sync (I am logged into WorkHours Cloud), but cant see it, so maybe its not set on IOS.
I've just tried GoogleDrive, OneDrive, but no go.

If you enabled the Cloud Sync on both devices and selected the same Cloud option (e.g. OneDrive) and clicking on "sync" on both devices just says "local and remote database are in sync", but you dont see the same data on both devices, then you used different accounts.
In your first post you state that you are using version 1.47 on iOS. There is no such WorkingHours version on iOS. Maybe you are using an entirely different app?

Hi Timo, it took me WAY too long to figure that out! Yes, I was using another app with a very similar name and look.
I've now got the correct iPhone app, paid for the premium version, and the sync works beautifully!
