Export Error Message and Task Drop Down Formatting

Hi there,

When I try to use the export function, it shows an error message that says "Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation". There are also some formatting issues with the task drop down when using the Time tracking function (mainly, there is no background to them, so the text overlaps with the other panels underneath making it hard to read the task options). I suspect these issues may be related to not having the most up to date version, but I can't find what the latest version is and I can't find anything that indicates an update is available (I checked the website and the Microsoft Store). I've checked for other discussions on the forum relating to these issues but have not come across anything that seems related. Any help you could provide would be appreciated - thanks!

WorkingHours version: 2.14.2.1
OS + version: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Device model: HP Elitebook

Does the problem persist when you update to 2.14.4.1 using the app installer you received after the purchase on Gumroad?
When exactly does the error show up? With clicking of the "Export button"? Can you share a screenshot or - even better - a video?
I am not sure if I understood the "formatting issue" - again a screenshot would be very helpful. I suspect this is some Windows problem

I just checked this morning and it looks like my WorkingHours version is now 2.14.4.1 - that seems to have updated on its own since I made my original post just a couple days ago (I did not initiate the update). Regardless, the same formatting and error message issues are occurring - see attached screenshots (I tried uploading a video of the export error, but there was a size restriction for uploads). The export error comes up when I try to save the file (either a new file or saving over an existing one).

I feel like it's some permission error and the app is not able to save the file to the disk.
Where exactly do you want to save the file to? Does it also fail when trying to save to your Desktop or Downloads folder? Do you try to overwrite an existing file or create a new one?
Does the same error show when you try to create a database backup in the app settings?

Regarding the second issue I would assume this is some graphics driver related issue. At least that's my best guess. I am unable to reproduce this on my devices. Can you try to update your graphics driver?
