Local Installation required?

I got an key and the appinstaller from 2021. Got a new PC now and wanted to install WorkingHours:
AppInstaller says, it "Cannot open app package" ->
"An error occurred while accessing the file from the web. Please try downloading and opening the file locally."

How to solve this? I could think, that an installer directly as .exe could solve this. Can I get that?

WorkingHours version: GumRoad
OS + version: Windows 11 24H2

This might be an outdated installer. Can you check again the mail you got after the purchase and re-download the installer? If that doesn't work, write me a mail (workinghoursapp@outlook.com) and I can send you the installer
