I cannot issue refunds, only when purchased on the Google Play Store. You need to contac the Store Support.
The app has a 7 day trial period where you can test all Pro features before deciding to upgrade or not. What exactly is not working properly with the sync?

timo After purchasing Working Hours on my phone and PC, I set up my Google Drive account with the same email address to sync. However, the sync wasn't working well between my PC and smartphone. I noticed that even after updating the sync, things weren't working as expected. I fiddled with it for about 45 minutes.

Furthermore, I paid significantly more for the Working Hours version on Gumroad, something I was forced to do since the Microsoft Store wasn't accepting any of my four credit cards, apparently due to their policy, from what I could tell.

The amount I was supposed to pay: R$32 (_US$6.15) Microsoft Store
The amount I paid: R$112 (_US$21.54) Including IOF fees

Difference: _US$15.38 more
250% more expensive than the original price for me.

I really liked the program, but it's a real headache, the worst part wasn't even the synchronization, which isn't in real time either. I've already wasted too much time trying to pay and still paying a lot for it, I just want my money back.

DesignerAccount You can test the sync without having to pay for 7 days in the trial mode.
As noted in the Sync FAQs, the sync doesnt happen immediately after changes, but this should be no problem during normal usage.
The price for the app on Gumroad is higher than on the Microsoft Store (because it incurs more support load and costs on my side) and it is shown before the payment is completed. I can refund you that purchase if you want.
Unfortunately I am unable to say why the credit cards wouldn't be accepted by the Microsoft Store - only Microsoft is able to tell you.
I am sorry you had such a trouble with the app, but I'm not sure what I can actually improve. Can you give me a hint?

timo Well, I'd like a refund for my Gumroad purchase. I've already contacted them and am awaiting a response. (Of course, if you could refund my Gumroad fee as soon as possible, I'd appreciate it.)

I downloaded Work Schedule Pro on my phone and will be using it. You did a great job (although some things don't work for me, like syncing).

1- One improvement suggestion that I believe the entire community would appreciate is including the option to set a fixed time or timer for each task selected by the user.

Study (lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes, the time can be set to a fixed value for the task)
Meditation (lasts 15 minutes, can have a fixed time, just one click to start the timer)

The idea is to avoid manually changing the time every time the task changes, but instead have a predetermined time.

2- Fix break subtraction

Even after changing the settings, tasks don't display the actual hours worked when there's a break; the amount is automatically subtracted.

I refunded your purchase. Just makes me a bit sad that you didn't clarify what exactly the sync problems are, even after me asking about it. I am eager to fix problems, but I need to understand the problem first.
