Menu Bar Status no longer working

I have checked other threads about this. The menu bar is no longer working. I toggle on and off in timer control in settings and it doesn't work. I updated my mac to latest version. Turned on and off. Running out of ideas.

Are you using a MacBook with a notch?

My first guess is that there is simply not enough space on the menu bar and it's up to macOS to decice what menu items it shows and which ones it doesn't (because of non-sufficient space). This would be the same issue that has been reported previously here

In the next app version, the app will show a short info message if the user enabled the menu bar item feature but macOS does not show it due to limited space

Yes to the notch. I am toggling on and off on the right hand bar icons and then can be removed or added, so there seems to be space. Is there a place to customize which apps are shown on the menu bar aside from mac OS apps?

I might be wrong but I don't believe there is. It's up to macOS to decide. Perhaps apps that were showing their menu bar icon first are prioritized? Just a guess though.
Make sure to use the "Icon only" option in the WorkingHours settings to make sure the menu bar item is as small as possible

Mac OS Sequoia Version 15.5. WorkingHours Version 2.12.8. Paid version.

I turned on Icon Only. It is still not showing up. See screenshot.

There are a lot of other status bar items in your screenshot. I think there's simply no space for it. Please remove some other menut bar items and try again
