When a task is created, there is a details box. It would be handy if this box could have a toggle to auto-input that detail as a sort of "base detail" for each task when time is tracked to a task or if tags could auto occupy the details box for the task.
For example, when the task Project1 is set up. In the Project1 detail I could have "Meeting - External:" which would then auto populate in each task detail so I can easily fill out as a prompt. Multiple preset options with selectability when the task is started would fantastic.
Alternatively, if the "Meeting - External:" tag is applied to the task, with some sort of toggle, so that, when I want, tag would auto-input as a detail.
