Sub-tasks To Be Per Project

I use Main Tasks to track work I do on my software projects, I use task field of main tasks to track work on tasks of my projects.
The problem is: WorkingHours retrieves sub-tasks not only of a specific project, but of all projects.
Is it possible to have more control over sub-tasks and to make them per project?

are you referring to the "description" field when you mean "sub-task"?
