Request to Transfer Pro License Across Platforms

I purchased the Pro version of WorkingHours through the Microsoft Store using my @hotmail.com account. I would like to use the same Pro license on the iOS version of the app, but on the App Store, I can only use my @gmail.com account.

Since the Pro license is supposed to be cross-platform, I’m wondering how I can activate it on iOS as well. Could you help me link the license to my App Store account or let me know the steps to transfer it?

The pro version cannot be moved across platforms or App Store accounts.
