Export feature - When selecting "Group by Tag" under the "Working unit grouping", would it be possible to have the report further breakdown the tag groupings by the Custom Tag subgroup (for lack of a better term)?
For instance, if I select to group by Workday, the various tags are all listed and I can see all the Custom Tag subgroups (as in the screenshot)
However, if I group by Tag, it groups by the primary tag name:
I use Custom Tags to track work done related to individual agents, clients, activity types etc. For instance, in the example above, I have the Custom Group "2.2 Agent" with two subgroups, "Smith" and "Abbott"; likewise, there is the Custom Tags "3.1 Client" with the subgroups "Jones" and "Dillinger." The report I'd like to see would look like:
Grouping by Custom Tag subgroups will allow for easier, more detailed reporting. As it is now, creating reports requires a fair amount of tedious data manipulation.
I really like Tags in general, but I really love the Custom Tags in particular as a method for keeping the list of tags from getting out of hand. I'm hoping for an easier way to create reports using them.
