Calculate Utilization (for Consultants/Freelance)

As a consultant, I would like to be able to analyze how many of my hours are billable. As a user, I would like to select which of my tasks are billable so that when I go to Analytics I can see what percent of my work is being billed to clients.

I would recommend using a tag for this (e.g. called "billable"). Then you can filter for that tag before going to the Analytics section or export your hours.
You can select this tag to be automatically added to each work unit for a given task
