How can I change from auto start to manual start/stop?

I have looked through FAQs and apologies if I have missed the answer.

How do I stop the work hours automatically starting. I want to be able to start and stop manually.

By default, the timer does not start or stop automatically - you must have enabled it in the app settings. You can also disable it again there

Rachel-S I just saw your review in the Play Store, so you are using the app on Android, correct? I didn't know this based on your first post, you didn't fill out the placeholders for devices and operating system.
Did you perhaps enable the "detect workplace arrival/departure" option?
When exactly does the timer start/stop automatically?
