Apple bussines manager Problem to purchase Pro version.

Hello Dear Team,
I am currently looking to integrate a working hours application within our organization. All corporate iPhones are managed through Intune, and purchases are handled via Apple Business Manager (ABM). However, as ABM does not support direct purchases or activation of in-app purchases (IAP), I am exploring alternative methods to obtain a Pro license for the application.
Could you please advise whether acquiring a custom app version (or another suitable workaround) would allow us to purchase and deploy the Pro functionality through ABM? Any guidance or recommendations you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, there is no good alternative I can offer. Apple suggests that in order to support this I would have to create a "custom app" and distribute that to a Business directly or to offer a paid version of the app in the public App Store. Both ways would significantly increase the maintenance work on my side (e.g. providing ongoing updates), and therefore would not be sustainable (unless there is a larger demand) - sorry.

Thanks for the answer, can I use one private Apple ID to distribute it to multiple iPhones?

If that is the personal Apple ID of that iPhone owner and it remains logged in to the App Store, then yes
