Urgent Request - Pro Version paid for years ago

Aloha:
I made the one-time payment to upgrade to the Pro Version years ago, but for some reason it now reset to the basic version. I need the Pro version to be up & running asap so I can submit my timesheet and get paid.
WorkingHours version: Timo PartI, Version 2.11.7.0
OS + version: windows 11 pro
Device model: dell laptop

Very odd. What happens when you attempt to buy the Pro version again? I'd expect the Store to recognize that you already paid immediately after clicking the "Buy for Windows" button. You cannot pay for the app twice with the same App Store account as explained in the FAQs
