My WorkingHours app disappeared

I no longer can open my working hours app on Windows, looks like it got completely removed somehow (I cannot explain how that happened). I have data backup on Dropbox but how can I reactivate my license to install a new copy then restore my Dropbox file? Can I email somebody directly out of the discussion support to get my license?

That is very odd. Maybe some "cleanup app" removed it?
You can reinstall the app from the Store and then re-import your backup or what problems are there when trying to do so?

Hi, I finally got it to work after adjusting the security settings on the "WindowsApp" folder under Program Files. For some reason, I didn’t have access to that folder, even though I’m the admin. I had to modify the security permissions to grant myself access, and after a couple of restarts, I was able to see the application. Hopefully, this resolves the issue. Not sure if a recent Windows update had caused the issue.

Glad it works again, but that the "WindowsApp" folder is security-protected and not accessible by default (e.g. in the file explorer) is normal. But it really sounds like a Windows issue and out of my scope
