Cross Platform Sync?

Hello,

I have a Pro account. I would like to be able to use the app across two platforms - my Samsung S21 phone and my Chromebook. I have downloaded the app in both places using the same Google account. What is the simplest way to sync all data between the two? I've tried doing it by backing up, then importing the database, and I've also tried just using the "sync" feature, but it seems like some of my data (tags and tasks) is still missing from my Chromebook (I used it on my phone first). Any easy way to achieve this would be much appreciated. I'm tagging this support but I suppose it also sort of fits into feature requests if this functionality is not currently supported.

You can absolutely sync between Chromebook and Samsung, using the "Cloud sync" feature. Are you sure there is not the same set of tags/tasks on both devices? Did you press the sync button on both devices? Can you double check or provide more details?

Similar/related question: I'll use my Pro account on my Windows laptop most of the time, but it would be nice to be able to add time entries from my iPhone now and then. Are two platform licenses required? Also, do I have to set up everything (clients, tasks, etc.) TWICE?

No, tasks sync. And WorkingHours doesn't have a concept of "clients"
