Keyboard shortcut for pause; resume, and stop work?

Hi I've been using the app for about 1 week now. I enjoyed it so much that I got the premium to support the developer.

I am using a Macbook, would appreciate it if I could have the option to set keyboard shortcuts to pause/resume/stop work!
