my app crashed, after installing updates / reinstall, all data is gone
is there any way to restore the data?

Uninstalling the app naturally removes the local app data.
If you used the Cloud Sync (WorkingHours regularly strongly suggests enabling it to prevent data loss) you can simply reconnect to it and the data will be downloaded.
You didn't specify much regarding the app crash: What platform are you using the app on? When exactly did it crash?

damn it ...
there was no detail error .. it just couldnt start .. on windows 10

Because WorkingHours depends on Windows components, sometimes Windows problems cause issues with apps not launching. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do to prevent that.
Sorry for the loss of data, I will consider showing "sync warning prompt" in shorter time intervals (currently it shows every 30 days)
