Resume when user logs in on Win 11 non Functional ?

Hello,

I am using the App, in the pro version for a fairly long amount of time. And tried to enable for the first time on Win11, the feature, that it starts / Resume time tracking after user log in.
I would be keen to help with logs or anything I can provide, but the only thing I see, is that it does not actually resume, whenever I log on.

The App is set to start on boot, which works. Is there anything I can provide, to help with ?

I gave it a quick test and the feature worked as expected.
What does the app do instead continuing the paused timer?
Is the app set to be allowed to run in background in the Windows settings?

Thanks for the answer. Looks like indeed, it was the Advanced options, being "Balanced" for the app by default, that I needed to change to allow running in the background. Worth to mention then that, by default, on a clean install (new laptop for me) of Win11, + the app, the feature is not working due to this Advanced Option.

"Balanced" should be enough, at least it was for me (using a Desktop PC).
Glad the function now works, maybe you laptop battery was low and therefore it was blocked by Windows...

Hello again, bumping that thread, is there any way I could make the App resume work upon lockscreen discard / logon, and not only startup ? Any way to signal something to the App ? Thank you !

The app doesn't support it out of the box, you could try a script and launch the URL workinghours://?action=start when you can detect lockscreen discard

timo Thank you ! And last question then, any action that does not create a duplicate if the tracking already was started ?
Basically Start / Resume, Starts if no running ones, Resume / Do nothing if one is running ? Otherwise it will just keep creating new tasks everytime I log on

Currently "start", "stop" & "pause" are the only ones supported.
Please also not that this is an "unofficial" feature and I might change it in the future
