Downloading previous data from icloud

I was using the app on Windows 11 and signed in/syncing to iCloud as a backup. My computer hard drive had to be reset so I had to download the app again as new. How can I get my previous hours from iCloud? I searched the other FAQ's and could not find a clear answer.

If you had the iCloud Sync connected previously, you only need to enable the Cloud Sync again (with the same iCloud account) and the data will be downloaded
