Unwanted Time Entries Automatically Added

The program is automatically adding the same entry at the same time every day. Please see the attached screenshots for details. It is the entry "Finalize Attorney in Fact." Questions:
(1) What did I do to cause this?
(2) How do I stop it?
(3) Is there a means to delete these entries as a group? Manual deletion would be time consuming, but I cannot delete the entries.

This looks like you had a long running timer over several days and then stopped it. That causes these full-day entries.
You can filter and group (e.g. by weeks) the entries and then simply bulk-delete with the context menu
