Simpler time input widget through rounding

I would like to enter start/end times more quickly. I suggest to add an option so that the minutes of the time input widget are only 00, 15, 30, and 45. They could also be rounded to 10 or 5 minutes.

This is similar to the existing rounding option. The difference is that the existing rounding option does the rounding after the time has been entered. Here, I suggesting to enter the time already in rounded form.

Thanks for your suggestion.
This would require an additional option in the setting, which is something I try to avoid for small changes like this.
If I would make it depend on the existing setting the problem would be that users could enter exact times any more

You could extend the existing option to allow rounding either on display (as it is now) or on input (new)
