Not Syncing between devices

It was Working great, then once I needed to pay, it just stopped syncing.

WorkingHours version:
OS + version: 2.9.41.0
Device model: Samsung Fold & Windows 11

Please describe in more detail. What exactly happens when you click the sync button?
