I am transferring WorkingHours to a new PC. I have two questions.
I tried using the license key I originally purchased (from Gumroad in 2022) but was getting an error, paraphrasing as "no license found for this product". I did activate the sync I am using and it synced properly from my cloud account. But I believe this instance will eventually time out.
However, I don't see how to get back to the enter license key screen. So after I find out which license key to use, how do I get back to the appropriate screen to enter the key?
I did go through the forum looking for a similar use case. Possibly I am supposed to uninstall from my old Windows PC first? I want to confirm that before trying.
