To begin, this app is really helping me a lot, saving me a lot of time, thanks to the developer(s), keep up the good work.
I have an android phone, and I got multiple google accounts on the phone. I had purchased the In-App purchase using an account which isn't primary, because i wanted to purchase it on that account, however, it worked perfectly fine for sometime (maybe 4-7 weeks i think), then suddenly my phone reverted the app back to the free version with ads and multi-device sync disabled. I rely on this app and I really appreciate your hard work, and I know for a fact this is not the developer's problem 1000% sure it's all a google play issue, and I did some reading online prior to starting this discussion; this seems to be an ongoing issue since 2014 and google hasn't fixed it since. For some reason google play loses the authentication for purchases when the google account isn't the primary account, and unfortunately in my situation, i cannot make this account as my primary google account.
I did discuss this with google support first, but they only had 2 suggestions:
1) remove all google accounts from my phone and add this account as primary = by far that was the dumbest suggestion from google to attempt to resolve this issue, as this secondary account only has 1 app purchase, but my primary has a ton. solve 1 app and destroy a ton was not a smart suggestion, so I refused to do that.
2) contact the developer for support. here I am asking for suggestions, and I'm not blaming the developers for this issue what so ever. but right now i'm out of ideas on what I can do to resolve this issue.
I don't mind some troubleshooting, but I can't make this account as primary.
If there is a way to even move my purchase from this secondary account to the primary account, i don't have a problem with that as well.
Worst case scenario, I will have to purchase it again on my primary account, which I don't feel is fair to me to pay twice for the same app 🙁
