MAC and PC Sync--or lack thereof

I have a MAC PRO license and I did a 1 month extended trial PC PRO l on my PC, but before I outright buy another license, I would like to know if my account will ever sync between both operating systems, or should I just stick with the one I have already purchased? The files currently back up but one is a copy.

Hi Jennifer.
You can sync your data between macOS and Windows. You simply need to connect to the same Cloud account in the app settings on both devices (e.g. OneDrive and then log in with the same Microsoft account).
Is this currently not working as expected? What do you mean with "one is a copy"?
