App messed up after screen changes

WorkingHours version: 2.9.35.0
OS + version: Windows 10

I switch frequently between different screen setups (Docking station with multiple Monitors, Conference room with one screen, standalone laptop use). Those screens have different screen resolutions. This makes WorkingHours unusable. The font gets too big or too small, the "inner" window is tiny while the "outer" window covers the full screen and so on. Moving it to a screen with the original resolution fixes it. Closing and re-opening it fixes it as well.

I started the app on my laptop without external screens. So it was displayed properly on the integrated screen (3840 x 2400).
I put the laptop into sleep mode, connected it to my docking station which has to external screens (2560 x 1440 each). The main display is one of the external monitors.
"Waking up" the laptop opened WorkingHours on the main screen like it is shown on this screenshot.

Moving the window back to the laptop screen fixes the problem.

I'm afraid this is much more of a Windows or graphics driver problem than something what I could solve. The window content should adapt automatically to the window size, the app shouldn't have to deal with those kind of adjustments manually, it should be handled by the Windows framework. Sorry I am unable to help here
