Outlook Calendar Private Appointments

Is there a way to suppress personal appointments on my outlook calendar from syncing in WH? I tried marking the personal appointment as "Private", as well as "Out of Office". Sometimes they still show up in WH and sometimes not. I cannot figure out the logic.

WorkingHours allows you to filter the system calendars. So you could add your Outlook calendar to the system calendars and then select only those you want to see inside WorkingHours.
There is currently no such filter possibility for the "Outlook calendar" integration

timo So you are saying if I used System Calendars I can filter, but not in Outlook Calendar option?

JanVidetto For the system calendars you can filter out certain calendars. I don't know if it would make a differentiation between "private" and "non-private". That would require yet another option.
The "outlook calendar" option currently shows all calendars & appointments it can see

In the system calendar, are you only able to turn the Outlook calendar option on or off, or can you select the specific outlook calendars you want to display?

There would be more checkboxes if you had more calendars in your system calendars but the Microsoft one seems to be the only one in your case

timo I have access to multiple calendars within outlook, however my calendar is the only one that I need to be able to see the tasks for. Is there a way to limit the calendars that populate in the app? I end up with duplicates of events or other people's tasks on my list.

You can currently only limit the "system calendars". You can try using that feature and add the outlook calendar to your system calendar first.
You can also enter a feature request for filtering the outlook calendar
