SteveMajor I work on multiple projects per day. As I have the timer running, it does not appear to dispay the corret amount of time elapsed on the project I'm working on... ![ WorkingHours version: 2.9.35 OS + version: MACOS Monterey, v 12.6.3
timo I can't say more without having access to the database file (you can send it to me via mail) but something like this can happen when you pause the timer and then resume the timer later on. Are you sure this did not happen? It can also happen when you are using "duration adjusting tags". Based on your screenshot I cannot see if you have any tags attached to that work unit. Also, does this happen repeatedly or only sometimes or only today? What happens when you disable the "round to nearest"? What times are displayed then? If there was a bug like this in the app, I would expect much more users to post this bug here
SteveMajor Thanks for your questions. This seems to happen very frequently over the past few weeks. I did not pause the timer today (in the screen shot I provided). You can see that I changed settings to not "round to nearest", and if you look at the system clock and the start time, you can see the elapsed time should be 5:20 but only reads 1:52.... Please advise. I like your app (that's why I paid for it), but I need to have confidence it is reporting the correct amount of time...
timo Thanks for the database. Briefly looking at it, it seems that the timer was paused at least twice, the last time at 10:50 AM and then the timer was resumed again at 11:23 AM. Can you confirm that you have not selected the "idle detection" under the "Timer control" tab in the app settings, which could automatically pause the timer without you having to actually click the pause button? Are you using the app on your Mac only or also on other devices?
