I would love to see a feature oriented around using WorkingHours to track our time and money when we are payed a salary, typically as part of a long-running, full-time job. Having an hourly breakdown can be useful for understanding our value when negotiating rates for second or third jobs, since if the jobs are related, and and extra job is likely hourly, then we can know about how much we make on an hourly basis from our first job to inform the rate for the second job.
Now, this might seem too similar to the Lump Sum option, but the issue lies in the often open-ended nature of full-time, salaried work. If I've just started working for a company on a salary, I don't know if I will be there for 10 years or 10 days, so I can't calculate a total lump sum across all the work I do for them as I am working for them.
Implementation could be as simple as a third radio button called "Weekly" that allows us to input our salary on a weekly basis, and thus any work of that task type throughout the week will contribute to the hourly breakdown of that task.
This could also be as feature rich as implementing a "Salary" button that provides alternate pay schedules like bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Additionally, it could reference all work units through time that have been of that task, so that the hourly average is true between weeks/months/years, while still adding in each period that period's earnings.
