Was the money withdrawn from your account?
Did you get a confirmation mail from the App Store?
Is the ad banner still visible, even after restarting the app?

What do you mean with "it's not linking"? Please describe in more detail. Did you read the FAQs about the Pro version and tried what is suggested there?

I had this same problem. I paid for the pro app on my Windows laptop. Purchased through the Microsoft store. Received a receipt that I can provide. Closed and re-opened the app and it still doesn't show up as the pro version. Also, I paid $19.99 (again, on the receipt) instead of the $9.99. Help?

Maybe you bought the Pro Version of SubTotal, which is also made by me, but is a different app?
