This bug report is missing a lot info: operating system, WorkingHours version etc.
I assume you are using the app on iOS/macOS. If there's no feedback, then the App store doesn't respond or there is just no license available that could be restored.
Make sure you have logged in to the right Apple account in the App Store account. Make sure you have already purchased the app for that platform with that Apple account. Small reminder which is explained in more detail in the FAQs: The Pro version needs to be bought separately for iOS and macOS
