Madeline App is prompting to buy pro version even though it was purchased over a month ago. Is there a way to fix this?

Madeline When I go to export my hours, I get a message saying my 7 day free trial has expired. I purchased the ProVersion almost 2 months ago and has been working fine until now. I'm using Windows (up to date) and version 2.9.21.0 of the app. Thanks!
timo It's explained in the FAQs on how to restore the Pro version. If you would actually be charged again when attempting to buy the app, then you were not logged in with the same account you bought the app with 2 months ago.
