The more tasks you have, the more it's confusing to handle the growing task list. Tagging doesn't help at the moment because tags are not a grouping criteria in the menu where all the tasks are provided to choose. (MacOS version, Show WorkingHours menu bar icon)
It would be nice to have an additional section "Tags", offering the list of tags that are exists, opening sub menus to the right on each of the tags providing the appropriate tasks to be choosing.
